Terms and Conditions

✦ Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation.

✦ All bookings require a 50% upfront deposit, which will become non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment start time.

✦ If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will not be able to avail of a full service.

✦ If you arrive more than 25 minutes late, I will not be able to proceed with your appointment, and your 50% deposit will become non-refundable.

✦ If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount.

✦ I fully appreciate emergencies do happen, so please email me ASAP or DM me on Instagram if that happens.

✦ I reserve the right to refuse service if there are any health concerns or if you arrive more than 25 minutes after your appointment start time.
