Terms and Conditions

✦ Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation.

✦ All bookings require your card details to confirm, and 50% will be charged if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment start time.

✦ If you do not show up to your appointment without letting me know, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

✦ If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will not be able to avail of the full service.

✦ If you arrive more than 25 minutes late, I will not be able to proceed with your appointment, and 100% of the appointment cost will be charged to your card.

✦ I fully appreciate emergencies do happen, so please email me ASAP or DM me on Instagram as soon as possible if that happens.

✦ I reserve the right to refuse service if there are any health concerns or if you arrive more than 25 minutes after your appointment start time.
